We come to you - your home, workplace, park, etc. Can meet in your local gym or public pools in Tweed, Kingscliff, Murwillumbah, Ballina & Goonellabah.

NDIS paediatrics and adults

HYDROTHERAPY 

at Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre (TRAC) Murwillumbah. 

Exercise in warm water is a great medium to build strength, move more easily and reduce pain. Excellent for low back pain, arthritis in hips & knees - including before and after surgery.

Fun therapy environment for kids incorporating swimming skills 

GROUP SESSIONS

HEALTHY AGEING
Providing information and resources for you to keep moving - including strength, balance and falls prevention exercises.

FUNDING

Available via NDIS, Medicare, DVA and private health funds.

There is a mountain of evidence that supports moving more is ideal for our health. However for many people, there are obstacles that may limit this.

 

With assistance, it is possible to do more of what you want in your day, by reducing pain or increasing strength, balance and confidence.

We support people of all ages and levels of impairment, always promoting ability and individual choice.

 

Based in Murwillumbah NSW and servicing the Tweed / Byron / Ballina / Lismore areas, our role is to help you do more of what you want.

About

Gretel McKee B.App.Sc.(Physiotherapy), MBA, FHEA.

Gretel became a registered Physiotherapist in 1994 and has worked in public and private hospitals, private practice and the health corporate / insurance sectors including the NDIS.

 

She has taught at Southern Cross University for 11 years, and worked as a clinical supervisor for Sydney University Undergraduate & Masters Physiotherapy students.

 

Gretel believes and practices person-centred care, and gets excited when there is support and recognition for different population groups to enable healthier living. 

Gretel has a Physiotherapy degree from Sydney University, MBA and a Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy. She is a Red Cross Volunteer and was a leader for the 2022 Kokoda Challenge Youth Programme.
